Description

Happy Baby, dead bug. Wind relieving pose. A supine pose where the practitioner holds the feet with the hands while the knees are bent and drawn toward the armpits, creating a shape resembling a baby’s playful posture. It is commonly used in cool-down or relaxation sequences to release tension in the hips and lower back. Classified among hip-opening and restorative poses, it often follows seated or supine stretches. Known as pavana muktasana in Sanskrit, it is also called dead bug or wind relieving pose.
