Description
One leg crow arm balance. An arm balance where the body is supported on the hands with one leg extended forward and the other bent, resting on the upper arms. Typically practiced as an advanced balancing pose within arm balance sequences or as a peak pose to develop strength and coordination. It is a variation of the crow pose (Bakasana) and is performed on both left and right sides. Commonly preceded by preparatory poses that build arm strength and core engagement.
