Revolving chair pose A standing squat with the knees bent and the torso twisted to one side, often incorporating a binding of the arms. Used in standing sequences as a twisting variation to build strength and mobility, it commonly follows chair pose and precedes forward bends or hip openers. This pose is part of the chair pose family and is practiced on both left and right sides. Known as parivrtta utkatasana or pasasana in Sanskrit.
